Sept 5. Played the Card game. an activity geared torward development of team comrodary as well as effective time managments through deligation of task. The cards are shuffled and a lit is given to each team. The team looks at the pattern and as a groupd decided how long it will take to complete the task. the team is then allowed to deligate and organize the team as they all seem fit and attempt to finish by the time estimated at being of exercise.

My Team was team 1 and finished in the shortest amount of time. The team dynamic is annoying to me personally I find everything easier if i do it myself but i completely understand the point of the exercise and its great skill to harness with my current career path. It will be vital to harness these skills.
